Ray Heasman
President of Mango Bay and a Civil Engineer. Ray has been involved with the Island for several years and has been very hands on in getting it to the stage where the resort is ready to be built out. Ray will be in complete charge of all aspects of the construction of Karma Bahamas.

Joe Farrell
Joe is a Director of Mango Bay. Joe has various business interests and owns restaurants, is involved with films and also has his own drinks labels. Joe is involved with the legal elements of the build out of the resort and is also promoting the sales to his high profile contacts in the States.

Gordon Flach
Gordon is a Director of Mango Bay. Gordon has just received his Bahamian residency and lives on Harbour Island full time. Gordon is best placed to deal with all the local politics and ensure the smooth day to day running of Mango Bay during construction of Karma Bahamas.

Gavin May
Gavin is a Director of Mango Bay. Gavin will be in charge of client relations and will be the link between the construction team and the purchasers of the properties. He will also have day to day contact with Karma and is charged with ensuring that all parties are informed of progress in a timely manner.
